Professional Biography
Dr. Knapp is an applied economist whose areas of specialization include examining the quality of care and expenditure patterns for children and adolescents in vulnerable populations. Dr. Knapp’s research interests include outcomes and behaviors for children with special health care needs and their families with a focus on vulnerable populations including investigating models of care that are more effective and integrated systems that can be implemented to improve care as well as child and maternal outcomes in developing countries.
