Marcia is a member of the ECHO Training Program Advisory Panel
Research Background
Marcia has significant expertise in the current developments in cancer survivorship care, having recently completed training of 402 health professionals from 201 cancer centers across the United States. The education was broad, and included development of cancer survivorship activity goals, to be implemented at each of these cancer centers. In addition, Marcia recently co-edited an issue of Seminars in Oncology Nursing on sexuality and will use her background in cancer survivorship education, R25 training development, and curriculum evaluation as a co-leader of the Evaluation Advisory Committee for our oncology nurse training program.
