At this point, my cancer center does not include social work in the decision making process. Patients have usually made treatment decisions and therefore reproductive decisions by the time I meet them. Additionally, fertility after treatment is usually handled by our Survivorship PA. Due to this, I am unaware of what resources are available to young adults in my area. If I was referred an individual or couple that were looking for resources, I would probably refer them to a young adult group in the community.

Hi Victoriaatripp13, did you know there are a few online support options that pair survivors/patients with another survivor/patient? One such online organization offering this service is Imerman Angels. For more information, visit http://imermanangels.org/ . You can also download our General Resources document from your My Training Page which provides wonderful resources such as this one and more!
